The former African National Congress (ANC) youth league President Fikile Mbalula has decided to back President Jacob Zuma’s ex-Wife Dr. Nkosasana Dlamini-Zuma to lead the party post December 2017 Elective Conference.
Fikile Mbalula says he believes Nkosasana Dlamini-Zuma will make a good President for the ANC.

Nkosasana Dlamini-Zuma was today named as the ANC KwaZulu-Natal’s preferred party president to succeed President Jacob Zuma. She received 433 votes while the Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa received 193 votes.
David Mabuza has been nominated as a preferred candidate for deputy president.
Nomination for national chair is Nathi Mthethwa.
Jesse Duarte has been nominated as deputy secretary general while Nomvula Mokonyane was nomination for treasurer general position.
